Assistant Barista / Cashier

PT Luhur Inti is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Barista/Cashier to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to customers.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash handling.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a barista or cashier role (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with coffee preparation and basic espresso machines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
