📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and requirements, including filing and paying taxes.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support our growth and sustainability.
• Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Provide training and mentoring to the FAT team to ensure continuous improvement and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in accounting or tax (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
