📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage end-to-end business transformation projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using tools like SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Develop and implement transformation strategies, including process reengineering, digital transformation, and organizational change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our transformation initiatives are innovative and effective.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards throughout the transformation process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business transformation, process improvement, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or business transformation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with EY's business processes, tools, and methodologies is beneficial.
