📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and knowledgeable about these policies.,Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure that orders are placed and received in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in store management or a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using retail management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
