📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.,Train and mentor junior system administrators and IT staff.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company's IT infrastructure remains cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in system administration, with a focus on server and network management.,Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
