📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using platforms like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content quality and alignment with educational standards.
• Optimize learning content for various delivery methods, including e-learning, mobile learning, and virtual classrooms.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve learning experiences.
• Monitor and analyze learning analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the edtech industry.
• Create and manage learning content calendars to ensure timely delivery and updates.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for learning experience design.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in learning experience design or a similar role.
• Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Instructional Design) is a plus.
