📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets are met and maintained
• Manage and control inventory levels using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with Hanes Brands' quality standards
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to optimize efficiency
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of production data and report to management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in inventory management and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
