📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
