Chenbro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sourcing Executive to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. This is a full-time position located in one of our offices in Bali, with the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a deep understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process for various roles within the company.,Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and industry networks.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for the company culture and requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage and mentor junior sourcing staff to ensure high performance and team success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of local market trends and labor laws in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
