📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating production activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.,Monitor production schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project timelines and cost constraints.,Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand and follow production procedures and standards.,Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that production outputs meet specified standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant production management software.
