📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Assist in the creation and update of training materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events.,Provide support to the Training Officer in managing the training budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
