📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Verify candidate documents and conduct background checks to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings and assessments to identify any potential compliance issues.
• Monitor and report on compliance-related incidents to ensure timely resolution and prevention.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure all onboarding procedures are in line with local and international standards.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and industry regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide training and support to the recruitment team on compliance-related matters.
• Ensure all candidate and employee data is handled in accordance with data protection regulations.
• Participate in audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in Compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and recruitment software such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
