🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 15 years of experience in public works, infrastructure development, or a related field.
• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPEng (Chartered Professional Engineer).
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
