Employee Experience Coordinator (Bali - Hybrid/Remote)

In this role, you'll work closely with our HR team to develop and execute employee experience programs, from onboarding to offboarding. You'll organize team-building activities, recognize and reward employees, and ensure our workplace policies and practices align with our company values. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with department heads to understand their teams' needs and tailor initiatives accordingly. With your expertise in employee engagement and your ability to build strong relationships, you'll be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work culture at The Moment Group.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback sessions, and recognition initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and social events to strengthen team cohesion.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand team needs and tailor employee experience initiatives accordingly.
• Coordinate with HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Monitor and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in employee experience and engagement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee experience, engagement, or HR roles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools, such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with employee experience metrics and KPIs.
• Certification in employee engagement or related field is a plus.
