📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's theme and customer preferences.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Control inventory and ordering of food supplies to maintain cost efficiency.,Prepare cost estimates for menu items and monitor food costs.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring food quality.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
