LAMANSUA Unggul is seeking a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-store and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, and returns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.,Handle cash transactions and manage store finances.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and POS systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and remote).,Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
