📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
  • Identify risks and areas for improvement in our operations.
  • Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct training and education sessions for staff on internal controls and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices.
