📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of backend developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.,Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems using modern technologies and best practices.,Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our applications.,Collaborate with other teams, such as frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and share your knowledge with the team.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and outages.,Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a backend developer, with at least 2 years of experience as a lead or team lead.,Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.,Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Express.,Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
