In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from inception to completion.,Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.,Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, and decor.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract attendees.,Prepare and present reports on event performance and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of event planning and management software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful event management and customer satisfaction.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for event planning.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
