📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensure that all branch activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Lead and participate in branch meetings and events as required.,Ensure that the branch is well-stocked and that all equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with accounting, finance, and sales is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
