📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with production teams to meet daily production targets.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to ensure smooth production.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement and maintain production schedules and standards.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven experience in managing production teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using production management software.,Understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.,Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
