📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Assist in managing the company's website and ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
• Support the marketing team in preparing reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a dynamic and innovative company.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
