📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best materials and services.
• Ensure compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including M&E system performance and any deviations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project schedules and budgets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E coordination or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
