📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and guests upon arrival and departure.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and its services.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Assist in organizing and managing events and meetings.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local language and culture is a plus.
