📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and screen potential candidates for various job openings,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and industry trends,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
