📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for operations.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and vendors for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and tax compliance.
  • Provide support to drivers and ensure they are trained and equipped to operate vehicles safely.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
