📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring the premises 24/7 to prevent and detect any security breaches,Patrolling the property to ensure the safety of employees and visitors,Conducting regular security checks and inspections,Responding to emergency situations and coordinating with relevant authorities,Maintaining security records and reports,Assisting in the investigation of security incidents,Ensuring compliance with all security policies and procedures,Promoting a safe and secure work environment for all employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related field,Familiarity with security equipment and procedures,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities,Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one,Knowledge of local laws and regulations

Security awareness trainingFirst aid and CPR certificationKnowledge of risk assessment and managementExperience with access control systemsFamiliarity with surveillance equipmentConflict resolution skillsMultilingual skills (English and Indonesian preferred)
