📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage and supervise junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development activities for kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian
