In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for our Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for AFM products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing challenges.,Conduct process validation and optimization to improve product yield and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.,Participate in product development projects, contributing to new product designs and features.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in product and manufacturing engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or analytical instruments industry.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lithography, etching, deposition, and metrology.,Proficiency in process control and statistical methods (e.g., SPC, DOE, DMAIC).,Experience with AFM technology and related applications.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
