Senior Site Engineer

Puskesmas Anggi Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our restaurant's operations, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a full-time position located in Medan, Sumatera Utara, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all technical equipment and systems in the restaurant.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the restaurant.
• Conduct regular inspections of all equipment and systems to identify and address any potential issues.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
• Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for all equipment and systems in the restaurant.
• Provide technical support and training to the kitchen and service staff as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the restaurant's technical infrastructure.
• Manage and supervise a team of junior site engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing and maintaining technical equipment and systems.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with restaurant equipment and systems is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.
