📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the preparation and maintenance of cost plans, schedules, and reports using industry-standard software such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve cost-related issues and risks.
• Prepare and present regular cost reports to project stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and cash flow statements.
• Support the preparation of contract documents and variations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation techniques and practices.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
