📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Handle all linen services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens to guest rooms.
• Use the PMS (Property Management System) and Linen Management Software to track and manage linen inventory.
• Inspect guest rooms for any damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the maintenance team.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety protocols.
• Assist in special events and group bookings, ensuring the resort meets high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and team members, ensuring a positive experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with using the PMS (Property Management System) and Linen Management Software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid ID card and the ability to work in Bali, Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Indonesian culture and hospitality standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
