📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop software and hardware, ensuring optimal performance.
Assist end-users with technical issues, offering guidance and solutions to enhance productivity.
Monitor and maintain the integrity of our IT systems, ensuring data security and system reliability.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement and support IT policies and procedures.
Document all IT activities and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends to provide cutting-edge support.
Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical IT issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
Proficient in using Windows operating systems and common office productivity software.
Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
