• Manage a team of 10-15 beauty therapists, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff training.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Manage the clinic's budget, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
• Enhance client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring that all client needs are met.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, data protection, and employment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of beauty therapists.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness services, including treatments, products, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
