📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating content shoots, including setting up equipment, managing schedules, and coordinating with vendors.
• Support the Creative Media Team in editing and post-production processes using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Help in the creation and management of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content across various platforms.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital assets, including photos, videos, and other media files.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the Creative Media Team, including managing project files, tracking deadlines, and preparing reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance the quality and creativity of digital content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital content production and editing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content production, video editing, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant editing software.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
